Reset Your RACF Password

There are two ways to reset your RACF Password:

  1. If you know your old password:
Use this option if you know your RACF UserID, AND your password. You will be able to reset online using a simple form.

  2. If you don't know your old password.
If you’ve forgotten your password or revoked your RACF ID; AOC, COA, & Supreme Court staff ONLY have the ability to reset their own password from this option. You must first perform a one time SELF-REGISTRATION prior to using the RESET PASSWORD option. If you have NOT previously self-registered, you need to contact the eService Center or Click here for instructions.

NOTE: IF YOU ARE NOT SIGNING ON TO INSIDE COURTS THROUGH THE STATE GOVERNMENT TRUSTED NETWORK (IGN/SGN), YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE PASSWORD SELF-HELP SYSTEM.

After customer service resets your account, we recommend you self register and set up a profile to be able to utilize this function without calling for help.

What is Blockade?

Blockade is AOC's self service security system that allows you to manage your RACF Password. Once you register, you will be able to reset your password online, even if you've forgotten your old one.
